It’s a small boutique hotel in old quarter and it’s close to everything. Even this property is a part of big hotel group it operates as a family hotel and give a feeling of home. Staff provide exceptional customer service (the best in Vietnam considering all hotels we stayed at). It included free breakfast and you can pick from couple options. Staff serving breakfast it’s amazing. If I come again to Hanoi I would stay at the same property just because of staff and their kindness.

This is an awesome hotel. The staff was attentive, polite and very helpful. They really did everything we needed. We were waiting to go to the airport, they noticed, asked for the Grab info then watched for car, then carried our bags. Service like it use to be. All this for a great price. Check it out.

Liliane Hotel was perfectly located for us in the centre of old town, in 'hardware street'. Easy to walk everywhere, plenty of food and shopping options. Room was in the older, streetfront building with a small balcony. Great aircon and fan kept things cool, bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was very clean.

Value for money

Very friendly staff, attentative and helpful. We booked room 300 with balcony and it was really nice with good value for money. Only thing to be aware of is, that the double-doors don’t close properly and therefore this room is quite noisy. Breakfast was fine with selection of eegs, pancakes or pho along with toast etc. we did miss some juice though, cause they only serve Coffey, tea and water.

It's not a 5 star or 4 star hotel. It may not even make a decent 3 star hotel. But their friendly staffs, great hospitality, and easy access to all major tourist spots makes it my first choice in Hanoi. Had a very good time there at Hotel Liliane. Will definitely come back again.

First of all, let me say the front desk and the manager at this hotel is amazing. I love Lily she goes and does things for her customers. We love her so much and I think that it’s about it, about this hotel. We got a family room two bedroom one bathroom. We do not touch the shower head, because the head broke. The bathroom was not really clean a lot of mold around. The master room has ants everywhere. My family and I felt like we were living with ants everyday, we kill hundreds every day. Breakfast was very limited and is the same every single day. In my opinion, it was not even good. And the funny thing was on our first day they made the bedroom for my kids, but then skipped out. Don’t ask me why they did that. So during of four nights with them, they made the bed for my kids one time and none for us. They don’t come in at 11 or 12 they normally come in around three and that’s the time we are in our room. We asked them to come back to make our bed, but then never do. They would ask us what do we need and we will get new towels and water from them and call it a day. So over experience with this property, is the front desk. Everything else is a no go. The location on this property is ideal, It’s walking distance to almost everywhere you want to go. It’s very convenience. When it was time for us to head to the hotel, Lily, the Property manager got us a ride from her own hotel for 300, 000 Which is a good deal. Over experience with a 5/5 for me.

バスタブがあるのが嬉しかった。ファンは好きなのだが開店が強すぎて壊れないか心配。部屋はきれいでベッドが良い香りがしてそれもホテル側の気配りなら素晴らしいと思った。受付の女性２名と会話したが二人とも可愛い。 朝食のフォーが塩味が強すぎて不味かった。味付け間違えたのではないか。

Felt like home

The staff at Hanoi Liliane couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. It felt like home to me. The room had everything I needed and it was lovely and quiet. A great location for all the main tourist attractions.
