"What a lovely hotel. Excellent rooms, well positioned in the Old Quarter, near lots of great restaurants and walking is very safe. The lake is a short distance away. The superb staff is always welcoming, friendly and happy! This was the perfect base camp for our almost 2 week exploration of northern Vietnam. The staff reached out to us and coordinated our arrival, helped with airport transfers too! Every side trip we did the hotel kept our large bags safe, welcomed us with drinks and fresh towels. The travel staff helped us plan and get to various sites in Hanoi. We used grab - it was perfect! Oh the breakfast! Best we have had anywhere hands down! The roof top bar is a must and has a great happy hour! While we didn’t use the spa, others said it was great as well. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel for any of your travel in Hanoi! Thank you for a great experience! Thank you Chloe and Victor and all the staff! It was our total pleasure to meet all of you!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Was in a great location. The staff on the front desk were amazing. So helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to have some fans or cooling on the roof top bar. It was very hot. I used the spa services and they were great."
