The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of cook to order options as well as a full spread."

"My room was clean,there wasn't any water placed in my room,however on check out I was asked to pay for using 3 bottles of water that I didn't consume. However I didn't pay as I explained there wasnt any bottled water there. The staff except for Ruby are well below average. Ruby went Above and Beyond to ensure my transport and safety needs were maintained throughout my stay in Vietnam. The area outside the hotel is safe,walkable and lots of shopping and dinning options. "
