Fantastic establishment, excellent service from Hope/Hua from beginning to end. Lovely room and breakfast buffet providing food for vegetarian which was fantastic. Highly recommend this Hotel with excellent access to the old town.

Very spacious room in the heart of the Old Quarter easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel staff are so very helpful getting tickets organised for water puppets theatre & enquiring about tickets on our behalf. The front desk staff recommended some fabulous street food venues and restaurants & coffee shops - all of them so good.

What a lovely hotel! The team working here are SO kind - they even helped us cross the road when we arrived! We stayed in a few hotels in Hanoi and this was by far the best. The room was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was great with loads of options. We’re hoping to return next year!

A delightful hotel, tastefully decorated, in a central location. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is professional, always willing to help, friendly and respectful. We highly recommend this hotel. A very friendly staff that outdoes itself to make your stay perfect. Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi which is an excellent starting-point to explore the city. Food is excellent and a big choice for breakfast.
