Very hospitable and friendly staff, they were all very attentive and made our stay enjoyable. Also located in a prime spot in Old Quarter, with a supermarket 1min away and plenty of dining options - you can enjoy Various local dining experiences all <10min walk away. Recommend a room with a balcony to sit and people watch all day!

ロケーションも良く、英語不得意の私達にも笑顔で丁寧に説明してくだり、帰国時にも空港までの移動の提案などもしてくださり，見送りも車まで来てくださったりととても親切でした。朝食はあまり多くの種類はありませんが、美味しく頂きました。少しレストランは狭いので混み合ってる時は少し時間をずらさないといけません。部屋も綺麗で水回りも問題なく、トータル的にすごく良かったです。

コネクティングルームで宿泊しました。一つの扉から入って廊下から2つのベッドルームがあり、それぞれにお風呂トイレがあります。窓際の部屋の方はバルコニー、湯船もあり快適でした。 誰かと一緒だと寝にくい方などクイーンサイズベッド独り占めでとっても贅沢でした。 朝食も申し分なく、上階のバーの夕景も良かったです。 おすすめです。

This is a perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Hanoi. The hotel is really well located and walking distance from a lot of things. It is clean and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious, there was a buffet selection and an additional menu that you could also order from. The staff are so friendly and kind. I was unwell with food poising during my stay and they couldn’t have done more to help. Thank you so much!
