From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were given VIP treatment . Staff went above and beyond for us everyday and called us by our name which we loved . The hotel is so beautiful and clean , breakfast every morning was so yummy and the staff in the dinning room were outstanding . We had a massage and it was wonderful . Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay!

The location, rooms, facilities are excellent but what sets Minerva apart, and presumably what earns them such high ratings, is their impeccable service. Talk about going above and beyond! Their staff is obviously very well-trained and eager to ensure guests have a wonderful stay, without being overbearing. Great breakfast too!
