The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always eager to help with anything we needed. Staff very eager to please. Restaurant food excellent. However, both restaurant and rooftop bar only take cash. Rooftop bar will not let you charge back to the room. Because of the location, it is extremely noisy. Room clean and comfortable.

Was a lovely stay. Staff were very attentive, and helped with everything we needed. After checkout they had a free service to hold our bags until our bus time which gave us time to explore without our bags and a shower service before we left to freshen up before leaving. Wonderful stay at the hotel. In the heart of the old quarter with vibrant street life and a very attentive and serviceminded staff that extended above and beyond what you normally would expect!
