「Good location, it is in the old quarter, near to the sightseeing area (2 mins walk to the lake), you can find anything you need near the hotel.
The hotel is new, it looks grand.
The room is clean and comfortable.
The only thing to improve is the shower, the water temperature and the flow is not stable.」

「Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one.

"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
