"The service was fantastic at the Solaria. Lily at front desk especially brought excellent energy and enthusiasm to make our trip a great one. We stayed in the family room suite which was very spacious. It was also the perfect blend of old world charm and new world comfort. The hotel is in the heart of everything! Perfectly located for walking or taking a quick grab to any of the sites in the city. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely go back/recommend to family and friends."

"The Oriental Jade was our home for five nights in the most exciting part of Hanoi. It was lovely to walk back in after a day out exploring the bustle of the Old Quarter and be greeted by a front desk staff that genuinely was happy to see us and also interested if we had had a good time in their lovely city. We travel often, and when we can, stay in 5 star hotels. As we drove away to the airport (in a car provided gratis by the hotel), we both remarked that we may just have experienced the finest service we’ve ever received. Two weeks later, and neither of us has come up with a single flaw. Kudos to management and each and every one of the staff we interacted with. Really exceptional. Thank you again."

"This place is great! The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were honestly the best. The staff provided us with recommendations and were available when needed. Our room was nice and comfortable and the breakfast was nice. La siesta is in a great location. I’d definitely stay here again."
