This was the best hotel of my 2 week trip. The hotel is new and you can tell, it is beautiful, clean and elegant. The location is great as it is in the middle of the Old Quarter and the staff was AMAZING! Top service. Tom, the manager was outstanding.

Incredible stay! The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the facilities were clean and comfortable, the restaurant and breakfast buffet were delicious. Our room was spotless and the bed were super comfortable. It was a wonderful respite from the bustling and busy streets of Hanoi. We lived enjoying a drink in the lounge and all enjoyed the spa! Realyl great brand new hotel with an amazing team. You can see that the team loves their job and are proud of the hotel.
