The location is fantastic with easy walking distance to many sites. Our room was comfortable and we got a great nights rest. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices, including a la carte choices. The staff were super friendly as well.

Amazing service, Kendra and the staff were very attentive, and remembered lots about us to make our experience amazing! The breakfast had lots of quality selection, and had new options everyday. The view from our table was very scenic above the rooftops of Hanoi. Our room was clean, the bedding was very comfortable and the air conditioning felt like back home. The location was really nice being right in old Hanoi near train street and close to all our other activities. I would recommend staying here to anyone else.
