"We enjoyed staying there. Room was pretty and comfortable. All the staff were very hospitable. Pool, bar, breakfast and spa were all great! Walking around Hanoi was bit overwhelming with massive number of mopeds, constant noise and uneven sidewalks so it was nice to rest in quiet and peaceful place like this hotel. "

"Staff were great - we had booked 2 separate nights due to flight changes and they organised it so we could keep the same room for both nights. The hotel is definitely needing upgrading and i would say its definitely not 5 star more 3 star. Quite tired/outdated in lots of places. It has a very good location and is very reasonably priced so things to consider depeon whats important to you"

"This was a great little hotel where the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large, walk in showers and soft beds. I had a small problem with my air conditioning on the second night, but the staff did everything they could to fix the problem, and even went so far as to upgrade me to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast is varied, with a range of Eastern and Western options which varied slightly from day to day. The location is excellent - on a more secluded street, but close to both the lake and the more lively tourist areas. Overall, it's a great hotel, with dedicated staff who elevate the experience. "
