Great location! Situated in the back of a street so you can have a restful night, but still be close to all the attractions within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Free breakfast was a plus and good food. Hotel is a little dated but well-kept. Would stay here again

Nice hotel situated in old quarter

The location was very convenient with lots of places to visit, eat and shop.The staff were fantastic and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and pillow smelled nice.

This was my 3rd visit to Hanoi. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The thing that impressed me the most was the staff. Every single one of them was a 10! And the feee breakfast spread was amazing. I am definitely staying here again next year.

Very good hotel, only wish the room we got had a better bathroom. Otherwise wonderful hotel, great location and great hotel staff. Special thanks to Grace who was very helpful, friendly and made our stay better knowing we could ask her for help at any time. Would stay again.
