As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling. From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money.
