"This property is a hidden gem! The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. It was raining out and they accompanied each member in our group with an umbrella to our van. The rooms were very clean. The rooftop bar was the perfect vibe with superb drinks, delicious food, along with a phenomenal view. There is an infinity pool as well. The spa was very relaxing and professional. 1.5 hour massage for USD35. Finally it is a great location in old city. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Hanoi House for drinks. "

"The service and room were both excellent! My sister and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever we had any questions. We especially appreciated how they took the initiative to remember our names and greet us each day, which made our stay feel even more warm and welcoming. They knew we had an early flight back on our last day so they even prepared breakfast boxes for us :) The breakfast was also not bad. Overall, my sister and I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay."

"First time staying in this Hotel. Everything is fine. It is a bit dated compare to some major hotel. In terms of prices, this is on the high side compare to other hotel. But, it is good enough for me."

"I arrived at the hotel close to midnight. While the check-in process was quick, the room I was assigned was in very poor condition, it appeared dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to a humid, sweaty smell. The breakfast was also disappointing, as the food tasted artificial and of low quality. I have stayed at this hotel before in 2025, but unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The standard check-out time was noon, and I had a work meeting scheduled at 1:00 PM. I needed a quiet environment to take the call, so I asked the front desk if a one-hour late check-out would be possible. My request was declined, as I was told another guest would be checking into the room. However, I understand that the official check-in time is not until 2:00 PM, which made the refusal somewhat unreasonable. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not choose to stay at this property again."
