「Always welcomed when we entered and left the building by the front staff. Treated us with royalty. Carried out luggage’s in and opens and closed the door. Addressed any concerned we had immediately and gave us options to do things in area. Premium products and bedding. In and close to everything either by walk or dang sm or grab. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「I stayed here for a few nights during my trip to Hanoi and overall it was a good experience for the price. The biggest plus is definitely the location — right in the Old Quarter, so it’s super easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, restaurants, cafés, and pretty much everything. The room wasn’t very big, but it was clean, tidy, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always quick to assist whenever I had questions. One small downside is that it can be a bit noisy...

「This hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect of our stay. Opened in December, the staff were well prepared and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The location in the old quarter was perfectly located to either walk to attractions or to use GRAB for transportation. The hotel restaurant and bars were stunning. The room was clean and inviting and perfectly decorated. Again, could not say enough about their staff who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. 」
