The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. "We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful.
