「Great location」

「The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The common area is somewhat uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the common room while you are inside your unit, and also, everyone can hear everything from your unit while in the common area. So, there isn’t much privacy here.」

「This was my second stay. The room’s décor and amenities were classic, and the space was clean and quiet. Once settled in, I didn't even want to leave. The staff were warm and proactive, and the location was excellent.」

「Very cost effective and friendly staffs」

「V has constructed a wonderful crew ;friendly and helpful ! Ruby was always smiling and upbeat Cleaning crew were very respectful I highly recommend for convenience and joy when visiting Hanoi!」

「Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room.」
