The hotel exudes colonial boutique chic. what makes the Grand du Lac hotel 5 star is the staff. Every staff we met was warm, courteous and welcoming from Grace at Check in to the restaurant staff and doormen.Everyone made us feel really welcomed and we really enjoyed our stay here

This is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location in Hanoi. The service is outstanding throughout the hotel—everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with great vegan options which was important for me. I highly recommend the rooftop bar too, as well as the spa! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved hospitality and kindness of every one in the hotel, Lilly at front desk was super helpful with all advice we needed. The facilities was beautiful and very classy. We were treated like royalty by the staff. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and had so many choices.
