「Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. 」

「The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast...

「一人旅で利用させていただきました。旧市街からはちょっと距離が離れていますが、散歩がてら普段のハノイの街並みも見られたので、個人的には満足のいく滞在先でした。スタッフの方も、ほぼ英語が通じますし、皆さん大変親切です。設備に関しては、部屋に備え付けのドライヤーの接続不良がありましたが、何回かコンセントを抜き差しすれば問題なく電源が入りました。それ以外は、ベッドも清潔でしたし、アメニティも充実したので、全く問題はありませんでした。オススメできるホテルです。 」
