We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his wonderful small hotel. The staff were absolutely delightful, very helpful and extremely friendly. We were really treated like members of their family. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the bed comfortable and the bathroom very modern, great hotwater shower. The restaurant for breakfast had a great selection of food. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Hanoi next time. And a superb location right in the heart of the old town, wonderful Hanoi right outside the entrance.

Very friendly hotel, very clean. The staff are so helpful especially Da in reception. He helped us in so many ways, turned detective and located a shop we couldn’t find from a very dodgy photo, sought out ice when my husband badly twisted his ankle, recommended and made reservations in restaurants, managed to change our room to the street side of the hotel when it turned out our cathedral view room meant we heard the bells ringing out at 5 a.m every day, Da is clearly keen to be as helpful as possible and make your stay enjoyable.
