"Le personnel était incroyablement serviable et accueillant. Nous devions prendre un bus pour une visite de la baie de Ha Long à 7h et avons choisi cet hôtel comme point de rendez-vous, car nous voulions y être déposés après la visite, pour y passer une nuit après la tournée. Nous avions nos bagages dans la rue en attendant et ĐA nous a accueillis et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages là pendant que nous prenions un petit-déjeuner avant d'être pris en charge. Ils se sont souvenus de nous à notre retour et ont été très amicaux et serviables pendant tout le séjour."

The location is perfect just a short stroll to the lake or anywhere in the old quarter. It's such a busy place but you fel away from all the hustle and bustle of the street.
