"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Centrally located and convenient within the old quarter. The stand outs are the service and breakfast buffet. Every service member I interacted with was friendly and professional. Requests were fulfilled immediately and with enthusiasm and care. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Great assortment of food at the buffet as well as food and drinks available to order at no cost. The selection changed slightly each morning so I was excited to see what was available every day. The hotel also contacted me before arrival and offered a driver service from the airport to hotel for a reasonable fee. We also arranged the same service to the airport when departing and this was organised seamlessly. Upon leaving we were gifted cute tote bags! "

"Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars."

"Arrived in HaNoi on a weekend - the hustle bustle in the old town was mind boggling and the street in front of the hotel was impassable but the hotel staff met our taxi at the corner and carried our bags to the hotel. Staff went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. Loved the ambience of the restaurant and the food was beautifully presented. "
