「The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. 「Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. 「We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.」

「Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money 」

「Der Empfang war persönlich und angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir haben so einige Informationen vorab erhalten. Das Zimmer war okay aber etwas klein. Das Fenster war ganz zu öffnen aber klein. Bett war sehr bequem. Bad hat super funktioniert. Frühstück war eine super Auswahl und Gym sowie Spa waren ebenfalls angenehm. Gerne wieder」

「位置比較難找, 離鬧區要走路一小段, 晚上出行較不方便, 但房間無可挑剔, 床品是我在河內睡到最舒適的一間, 飯店走環保路線較少一次性備品, 對我不是問題, 非上班時間進出雖然沒有接待員, 但Host隨時在線上服務, 入住一切問題都能得到解決」
