「Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. 「We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.」
