「Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. 」

「We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.」

「Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money 」

「酒店雖小但有五星服務，工作人員服務專業，再去河內一定首選入住。」

「4泊しました。安心して泊まれるホテルで、お値段以上の価値があると思います。私は英語が得意ではなかったので、当初不安でしたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で、私の拙い英語を理解しようとしてくださったり、分かるように伝えてくださったり、時には翻訳ソフトを使ったり、問題なく意思疎通が取れました。特にフロントの女性スタッフさん達が、本当に親切でした。電話でなければ予約ができないレストランに、私（スマホが海外では通話ができない）に代わって、予約を取って下さったり、温かいお気遣いがたくさんありました。朝ご飯もとても美味しかったです（ベトナムコーヒーやフォーやバインミーなども食べられます。エッグベネディクト、マンゴースライスもたまらなく美味しかったです）。旅行前に予約サイトを通じて問い合わせをした際も、レスポンスも早く、安心感がありました。私が申し込んだハロン湾のツアーは、このホテルは無料送迎のエリア内だったり、GRABも数分で到着したりと、観光の利便性も良かったです。次にハノイを訪れる際にも、また泊まりたいと、強く思います。」

「Hotel staff are all helpful and polite. Location is good, near to most popular spots. Breakfast is great. Say thank you to Kaylie who provides additional help to me when I was feeling sick. Overall I will recommend this hotel when you are travelling to Hanoi. Also thank for the breakfast box prepared to us on check out day as we needed to catch the early flight 」

「位置比較難找, 離鬧區要走路一小段, 晚上出行較不方便, 但房間無可挑剔, 床品是我在河內睡到最舒適的一間, 飯店走環保路線較少一次性備品, 對我不是問題, 非上班時間進出雖然沒有接待員, 但Host隨時在線上服務, 入住一切問題都能得到解決」

"常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～下次來會再住這裏"
