The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. 「Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. 「一人旅で利用させていただきました。旧市街からはちょっと距離が離れていますが、散歩がてら普段のハノイの街並みも見られたので、個人的には満足のいく滞在先でした。スタッフの方も、ほぼ英語が通じますし、皆さん大変親切です。設備に関しては、部屋に備え付けのドライヤーの接続不良がありましたが、何回かコンセントを抜き差しすれば問題なく電源が入りました。それ以外は、ベッドも清潔でしたし、アメニティも充実したので、全く問題はありませんでした。オススメできるホテルです。 」

「位置比較難找, 離鬧區要走路一小段, 晚上出行較不方便, 但房間無可挑剔, 床品是我在河內睡到最舒適的一間, 飯店走環保路線較少一次性備品, 對我不是問題, 非上班時間進出雖然沒有接待員, 但Host隨時在線上服務, 入住一切問題都能得到解決」

「Note that although this hotel looks very near the train station on the map, it is on the wrong side of it for passenger boarding, so you have to walk about 10 minutes around the (long) block. Other than that and its location on a very busy road with no meaningful sidewalk (which is hardly unique in hanoi), this is a great place: clean, nicely decorated, huge bed (in our room, anyway :)」
