"My friend has forgotten his mobile phone and hotel staff were able to arrange phone delivery service with hotel car to deliver it to us at airport. This is great service! There is personalised check-in process on sofa while waiting to get room ready so we do not have to wait at reception counter. May and her colleagues are very service orientated and always on all smiles to assist with any questions and problems. Definitely stay again on next visit to Hanoi!!"

"This hotel had a very clean room there was nothing that was disgusting. The staffs hospitality was very kind they used to crack some jokes, the staff was great. Breakfast was also delicious but they don’t frequently change the menu they do it very little. The hotel location was very good it was walkable to all of the famous food restaurants and shops. Overall my experience with Meritel Hotel was very good the room was very nice, the staffs hospitality was very good and friendly, breakfast was also delicious but they didn’t change the menu that much, and the location was very good.Thank you, Meritel for a wonderful stay!!Sincerely, Abhishek Singh"
