A very good hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Recommend this hotel for family and couple travellers too. The breakfast buffet was good. Antony at the travel desk and every other staff was really helpful. We also took the Ha Long bay day cruise as per Antony suggestion which we enjoyed immensely. Overall a very nice experience.

We had a very good experience staying at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa during our trip to Hanoi. The hotel is located in a great market area with easy access to shopping and local attractions. The staff was very supportive and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the excellent restaurant and spa which added a luxury feel to the stay.Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi.

I left your excellent hotel and i miss you already. The location of the hotel and the quality of the rooms and the service are top notch and the staff are fantastic. I was helped with booking excursions and tips on shopping etc by Elsa who is the Customer Service Manager, She is a real gem. I can really recommend this excellent hotel and staff.

Great location and super friendly staff. The room was pretty clean and very spacious, I did get a free upgrade but that wasn’t anything to do with this review. Andrew looked after me really well and gave me lots of recommendations not just for Hanoi but also for other places in Vietnam. Great value for money.

An excellent hotel close to the French Quarter. Great location with an adundance shops and restaurants. Just a ten minute walk to the Cathedral and Train Street. The staff at this hotel make it a great experience. Elsa helped us with all our tour planning and advice for restaurants. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Very nice rooms with nice decor. Breakfast was wonderful with an extensive breakfast plus cooked items from a menu. A really enjoyable stay.

Amazing experience at the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa in Hanoi. From the beginning, the staff were very welcoming and gave us an introduction to the city which we found very helpful when we explored the city. Our room was large with nice amenities. The location is also great, you are able to explore most of the Old Quarter by foot. Would stay here again.

I cannot reccomend this hotel highly enough. As a traveller I felt so looked after cared for by all the staff. The hotel rooms were spotless very comfy beds everything you would expect and more. Breakfast was very good with a brilliant selection.A big thank you to everyone on reception including the reception manager but a big shout out to Andrew, Jack, Elsa for taking time care and with all the recommendations and booking. Hopefully will return soon.

Great location with friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Pho is a must try. Rooms are spacious. Hotel restaurant nice and drinks are excellent. Will rebook when going back to Hanoi's old quarter. Tri was very helpful and a delight to speak with. 10/10 overall. You won’t be disappointed.

Henry and Jack and Tri were soo friendly and helpful. Antony also spend 10mins to assure us about our sapa trip; while Tiffany was super kind and patient with our needs. Elsa was soooo helpful she even helped me cut fruits. I love the stay and the facilities were clean and adequate - value for money.
