Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival, the front desk brought tea and snacks, allowed us for early check in. She also gave us a brochure explaining the places to visit, nearby bank/pharmacy and restaurant to go. They start their day early so it can be quite noisy especially when we stay right below the restaurant. Location is just beside train street and peaceful :) 5/5 would visit again!

Great service and staff !!

We stayed at this hotel as a last minute booking after our previous reservation fell through- the best thing about this hotel is the staff and service!! We had a small issue with our room and they dealt with it immediately with no quibble moved us and could not have been more helpful on all fronts. Very friendly place to stay would recommend!

Hue made the stay the best stay possible. Whilst the hotel was of an excellent standard, Hue’s hospitality brings it up a level. She was super helpful with all recommendations, communication and providing a real personalised service. She was contactable at all times, even when out of the hotel! We based our 6 days in Hanoi, based upon what Hue said and it was the best decision we made. She gave excellent recommendations and really cares for her country. Perfect stay for our honeymoon!

Staff was really great and accommodating, they spoke really great English as well. This property was close to train street which was nice and only 15 mins away from old town. The service is outstanding, the only downside to this hotel is the lighting, however it does not hinder over all experience (if you mind dim lighting when getting ready I would recommend booking a balcony room for natural lighting). I have stayed in over 10 hotels in Veitnam and this hotel had one of the best breakfast options across the country. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay in La Sinfonia Citadel. The breakfast buffet is delicious, as we stayed for three nights, we didn’t expect they would change the food options each day. The staff are welcoming and the service was superb! And when we left they even have a small souvenir for us. The location would not be the most convenient, however you can get to the attractions easily. The area is relatively quiet comparing to the main spots which is a bonus for us, as we don’t really enjoy the crowds of the old quarters when you can get traffic jam easily.

MUST STAY IN HANOI!!!!!

I am absolutely obsessed with this place!!!!! We searched for a while for a hotel and Hanoi and then finally came across this one and I’m so happy we did. This is by far our best stay in Vietnam. This is a new hotel so it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. It’s extremely clean and quiet. I had the best shower of my life and we slept for literally 13 hours because the bed was so comfortable. I can’t begin to explain how perfect the staff was. Trang was there for our entire stay and she is the absolute sweetest person. She helped us so much with recommendations and made sure we were comfortable. I’m so sad our stay here ended. The only thing we can do now is tell everyone you MUST stay here. Without a question, this is your Hanoi hotel!!

The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast is tasty which is out of our expectations. When my friend and I left the hotel, the staff gave us some souvenirs for compensation and kept saying sorry for the situation we experienced. Staff attitude is really five out of five as guest can really be well served. I would highly recommend this hotel to others who would like to visit Hanoi.

High expectations, low results

Very very very friendly and enjoyable staff that goes over and above to help with any request. The property was very comfortable. My ac broke, but was repaired the next day. The wifi signal to our room was very low and I could not use my laptop or phone wifi. It was fixed by the time we left. The bathroom was too small for one person, let alone two. I had to sit on the toilet sideway because there wasnt much room. The backsplash behind the sink, and the shower were dirty. The walls had chips out of the paint next to the bed that needed to be painted. And lastly, the room and bathroom lighting was placed in the wrong places and not bright enough to see you face in the mirrors.
