"Very nice and beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom with soaking tub was luxurious. With 2 kids, I greatly appreciated the powerful hairdryer in the room!! The complimentary breakfast buffet had delicious food (the pho bo was delicious) with fresh juice and fresh fruits. The staff were very generous. Huge thank you to General Manager Thomas and staff Aiden for their generosity and kindness during our stay. Hope to stay here again!!!"

"The property was beyond our expectations. Staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Their restaurant was superb and the breakfast spread was top notch. Jimmi, the receptionist very efficiently organised transport to Sapa for us at the last minute...a big shout out for all the staff especially Jimmi and Alex. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anybody looking for a place in Hanoi Old Quarters. Great location...great food...great staff...great rooms...what more can one ask for!"

"Breakfast was very good, you have a choice of starting with a set menu then serving yourself or just serve yourself, chef's omelette is great as are the banana crepes, coffee is good, juice is fresh, Pho is good, l usually have a big breakfast to set me up for the day "
