"21時頃チェックインしましたが、ホテルではなくサービスアパートメントなので、守衛が一人待ってくれていた。部屋はとても綺麗で写真通りの部屋でとても満足した。日本のテレビも沢山見れたので本当に自宅に居るみたいだった。ソファーが少し汚れていたのが気になりましたが、合格範囲。早朝5時過ぎにチェックアウトした時も守衛がシャッターをすぐ開けてくれたのでスムーズに出る事が出来た。また利用したいです。"

"I stayed here from June 15–17 with my family and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter, restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and any questions we had during our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication before arrival was prompt and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was especially appreciated during the hot and humid weather. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a convenient way to start the day. What stood out most was the hospitality of the team. They made a genuine effort to ensure our family had a comfortable stay and helped coordinate our onward travel plans. Overall, this was a very good stay and provided a comfortable base for our visit to Hanoi. I would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a convenient location, friendly service, and good value."

"Cute little hotel, super close to Train Street. Quiet in the evenings - we’d heard night time can be very loud but this area is definitely quieter. We walked to Old Quarter no problem, about 15min walk. Some great little coffee shops all around us! The staff was lovely, very helpful with navigating our trip/recommendations. Our room was great, they actually very kindly upgraded us when we arrived. Online it says check-in until 2300, but staff is always on site and we were able to check in around midnight after our flight arrived without issues. The room was awesome, aircon worked wonderfully (surprisingly difficult to find in Vietnam). The mattress is definitely on the firm side but not terrible. Our balcony was super tiny, and the lock didn’t work on it, we were on the 8th floor so we weren’t worried, but something to keep in mind, we let the staff know. Went to the rooftop bar and had a few drinks which were good. Great views of the city. Would recommend, definitely a bit pricier but worth it in my opinion!!"

"The hotel was a haven amidst the chaos of Hanoi. All staff were very professional and friendly, and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible by offering sightseeing suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good food in the restaurant and the rooftop bar was a great place for a cocktail. The swimming pool was very small - not really big enough to swim - but they have limited space on the rooftop. A very well located hotel right next to the Cathedral."

"The staff spoke English well and were very friendly. Cindy and the staff greated us every time and made us feel like VIPs. Rooms were spotless, good quality bedding, and could sleep well. Beautiful view of the lake area from the rooftop bar. The included breakfast was high quality and had a good variety. Very happy with our experience and would recommend it to any tourist looking for an excellent value in the heart of the tourist area."
