We used this hotel as our 'base' as we visited other areas of northern Vietnam, they checked us in so we didnt have to go through it all again everytime we came back, they remembered us and always was friendly. They asked where we were off next and if it was bright and early in the morning, they would have a snall breakfast to takeaway for us! The room was clean and big enough to room around.
