「The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

「The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast...

They introduced the facilities in great detail and also gave us many helpful suggestions about nearby attractions and travel tips, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. During check-out, the staff patiently asked for our feedback one by one and sincerely cared about our opinions. Whenever there was a small issue, they immediately offered discounts or other forms of compensation to show their apology....

「The rooms were comfort and clean. The rooms were set up like small apartments, so it was lovely having a kitchen and a large refrigerator to use. Also, the hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter, close to everything. It’s tucked away down a side street, so it is very quiet at night. The staff was also wonderful. Especially Thomas. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. 」

「常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。 飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。 飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。 在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～ 下次來會再住這裏」
