「The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast...

「My favorite, and honestly most modern stay throughout my Vietnam holiday! Right in the heart of the old quarter. Above all the service by the staff is just immaculate. Warm good mornings. Friendly greetings upon your return. Location about 5-8 minutes from most things. Right near train street. Right near the night market. Cathedral and opera house all around a 15-20 minute walk. They're a great help with organizing bookings and tours and help with transportation. Overall true professionalism....
