「Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.」

If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience.」

「ホテルは周辺にレストランなどが多く、立地はとても便利だと思います。ノイバイ空港からはGrabタクシーでおよそ50分弱、料金は日本円で約2,500円でした。 ホテルは大通りに面していないため、窓を閉めれば室内はかなり静かです。スタッフの方々も非常に親切で、英語と日本語の両方で対応してくださるので、わからないことがあっても安心して相談できます。 今回は滞在中、屋上の露天風呂を利用する時間が取れなかったのが残念でしたが、次回宿泊する際にはぜひ利用してみたいと思っています。 」

「Our stay at this hotel was lovely! As it was there first week or so of opening they gave us an upgraded room free of charge. The staff were very helpful with things to do in the area and even helped us to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay. The room was very clean and new, good shower pressure, TV with Netflix and YouTubr, and working AC. 」
