Stopped here for a night on our honeymoon trip and it was lovely. Staff was so nice. They upgraded our room and decorated it. Very comfortable beds too!
Everything was perfect and the room was small but very well prepared and we managed. The staff was very accommodating and the buffet breakfast was very good. We will be back again soon.

Manevi Hotel is well situated in the old quarter, although it is a chaotic area. The room was nice and clean albeit very tight. Excellent service from the staff at reception; they were polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

This place is great! Amazing location with food, laundry, pharmacy etc All on the same street.
The hotel is very nice and new. The rooms are small but that seems normal in this area.
The breakfast is good.
The staff are the best part. They helped me with so much. Very kind and helpful employees.
Always welcomed when we entered and left the building by the front staff. Treated us with royalty. Carried out luggage’s in and opens and closed the door. Addressed any concerned we had immediately and gave us options to do things in area. Premium products and bedding. In and close to everything either by walk or dang sm or grab. Would definitely stay here again.
We travelled to Hanoi for the first time ever to Vietnam from our home in Canada. We were both amazed by the quality of both the service and the room. Our Canadian hotels can’t even compare! The staff were always greeting us warmly and our room was remade every day and our breakfast was amazing and had a lot to choose from. The fresh fruit and coffee were delicious! The hotel was located on a smaller and quieter street but still right in the middle of all the Old Quarter locations. Everything was walkable. Both my daughter and myself never felt unsafe.
Hotel is very new and beautiful. Rooms are very small, some without windows. If you have large suitcases, you will need to upgrade to the larger superior rooms, which we did after check in
Whilst the room was clean, the hotel had a funny smell to it. Our room had an internal window which looked out to a wall. When I asked about upgrading to a room with a window. I was shown a room which overlooked a dark dirty alley. This room smelt too!
The staff were polite and professional but I would not class this as a 5 star hotel. The area also was like “Benidorm on crack” during the weekends which was a shock when we arrived. 3 minutes after leaving our hotel my partner was offered weed, and after 7 minutes was offered coke and a woman! There is actually a weed bar across the road from the hotel too…
Airport shuttle was fine leaving but on arrival due to the traffic the driver parked us 5 minutes away and we had to walk through the streets with our luggage.
WiFi was good
