Room was clean, bathroom was clean, staff were helpful in suggesting things, breakfast was OK, if a little restricted in choice. Location is great, a short walk to most sights in the Old Quarter. Lovely restaurant next door.

The staff were great. Really kind and helpful. The rooms were high quality, clean and really nice general. One member of staff - Ann - was extremely polite, attentive, helpful and a general lovely nature. Would highly reccommend the stay

Room staff were very helpful, breakfast was good and included. Room ceiling was so low I hit my head and had to crouch, had to walk over a wooden board that was covering an iron grate as the only flooring.

Staff were kind, helpful and courteous - both reception and cleaning/housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent - a small selection every morning but high in quality and very suited to our taste! Only thing was that we stayed in a room directly above the kitchen area (level 2) so every morning from around 5am it was very loud and lots of clattering was audible into the late mornings. We got used to this and it isn’t the hotel’s fault necessarily. Overall a great stay close to main Hanoi attractions and great eats nearby!

Very good and friendly service

We had a very nice time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a cruise on Ha Long Bay/Lan Ha Bay, which were very convenient and the cruise itself was very lovely. They do also have plenty of great recommendations to the rest of the city if you’re in need of af good place to eat, spent time or even get a haircut.

This hotel is amazing!!! Amy (i think her name is) went above and beyond to make my husband and my stay special!! She packed us up breakfast every time we had an early tour, decorated our room for our anniversary, helped us with our taxi and was just so nice and welcoming!!!
