"Everything about this hotel works perfectly. The location, rooms, staff and food are exactly right. The manager, Alex, is happy to "go the extra mile" to make sure that you have what you need and that you're well looked after. His team is friendly, helpful and all seem to be very happy. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel, and it won't be my last. Location-wise, you are in easy reach of Hoan Kiem lake, good eating places and, if you're feeling brave, the train street. I just need to say and extra 'thank you' to Alex. I don't think the word 'no' is in his vocabulary and this attitude just takes the stress out of business travel in Hanoi. When a promised delivery failed to arrive, it was Alex who go on the phone to DHL to find out what was happening and then made sure that when it did eventually appear it was sent on to my next hotel in HCMC. Exceptional service. Sure, you can stay in grander hotels in Hanoi, but you can't get much better!"

"This is an excellent hotel near train street. The staff are highly welcoming. The rooms are well kept and have A/C. The free mini bar includes soft drinks: water and Coca Cola. "

"Fantastic base for Hanoi. While it is a 30min taxi from the old quarter, it has resort style accom for a family of five. Very good two bedroom suite for family of five. The king bed is spacious and can sleep comfortably 2adults and seven year old. Laundry and kitchenette available. Poolside and gym are a great way to relax unwind from the hectic tourist trail. Staff are very obliging - helpful. "

"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "
