早朝出発で朝食をとることができない為、サンドイッチサービスを利用しました。深夜11時にお願いしたにもかかわらず、きちんと対応いただきました。ヤクルトと水までセットしてくれてました。本当に助かりました。ありがとう。

日本語スタッフの対応力とても良かったです。喫煙ルームを取ったのですが、外出している間の掃除の折にたばこ臭さもリセットして頂き快適に過ごせました。また朝食のブッフェでは日本食が食べられることもあり、長期滞在される方や、現地食が苦手な方にはとても良かったのではないかと思います。 スタッフに聞けばよかったのですが、洗濯機の使い方と乾燥機の使い方が日本語別マニュアル置いてもらっていたのですが、どこに目盛りを合わせるといいのかが判らなかったのと、洗剤を投入するところがどこにあるのか判らなかったので、その辺りもケアしてもらえるといいかもしれません。また洗濯機も乾燥機も1台ずつしかないので、時間帯によっては使えないこともあるからご注意です。

ハノイで日本スタイルのホテル！

日本式のホテルです。日本語が通じます！ 建物はメンテナンスされていて問題ありません。日本人の私には居心地が良いホテルです！ 屋上のサウナ、露天風呂があります。洗濯機、乾燥機も使え、また冷蔵庫の飲み物も無料！ 朝食も和食やパンなど日本スタイルのビュッフェ、ただし朝8時以降や土日はセットメニューになります。 夜は、朝食会場が居酒屋鈴の屋となり、居酒屋メニュー、定食メニューで食事ができます。 もつ鍋もありました！

予約の決め手はバスタブがあることでした。ただ、このバスタブにお湯を貯めるためのルールが正直受け入れ難かったです。一度に50Lまで、次に使うまでは20分間のインターバルが必要。結局バスタブにお湯を貯めるのと、シャワーでお湯を使うことで入浴そのものにとても時間が必要で期待していた快適なバスタイムとは程遠かったのが残念でした。 ベトナムでお湯を使うことが難しいことは駐在者なので理解できますが、ここは頑張ってほしかったなあ。。。

◯外れのないホテルです！

全体としては、良好な状況でしたが、運が悪くホテルの裏のビルが取り壊しのため、当初からあてにしていた、出発美肌ゆっくり午前中は寛ごうとしていました、取り壊しの作業の音が五月蝿くて、必要以上に1階の食堂で長居をせざらなかった…！！少し配慮をしてほしい限りです！！
