"Great location, helpful staff, beach 5 minute walk. The pool area looked great but was down for maintenance and we were offered a pass to a neighboring pool. We just went to the beach instead. Room was clean and comfortable. Valet was easy and quick. "

"The hotel and amenities were fantastic. Location was great. Rooms need to be more upgraded with smart TVs and phone plugs. Housekeeping staff were all fantastic and above and beyond. Front desk staff were very unfriendly, didn’t welcome or smile, and unwilling to help. Exact opposite of the housekeeping staff who smiled "

"Immediately was offered my Expedia VIP amenities such as $50 credit and a wine bottle from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for a great experience. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and better than expected! Although on a busy area, we did not experience noise throughout the night. The hotel is in a very accessible area, so close to everything! "
