It had a fresh, contemporary feel without trying too hard, and everything was laid out thoughtfully. For a downtown hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and roomy it felt. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Check in was smooth and interactions throughout our stay were positive. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It was perfect for getting out in the morning for a walk and exploring downtown Miami. We loved being able to step outside and immediately experience the city before making our way to the cruise port.
