「The hot water in bathtub turned too weak when using shower head. Breakfast is okay but it took long time」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「We loved the space and workspaces that came as part of the members club. The room was stunning and well kept. Only slight con was the staff was not always on the same page and when we arrived at 5am we were told that our only option was to wait until 4pm to be brought to the room. Later, asking a different front desk employee we were told the room had been ready and could be taken up. Not sure why we had to wait in the lobby for as long as we did. 「Perfect location close to Brightline, the Omni, museums, and Bayfront. We also loved the hotel. It was top notch. Service was great and the view from our room was incredible.」

「Did not mention us they are renovating lobby so the lobby was closed. We had to uae side small door to checked in. Floor carpet is dirty, breakfast was awful. They should not mention that breakfast is included. Price is higher than even same someone purchase. Never stay this hotel again. It's embarrassing that Marriott hotel.」

「Best thing about the room was the location. IMO, the description and photos were quite deceptive. The space was much smaller than depicted and the view of the bay could only be seen from the corner of the small bedroom. Also, the balcony was NOT usable at all. There was barely enough room to open the door and step out onto the ledge to see the bay much less have the option to sit for a while. More disappointing than that was the extremely loud AC unit. The air conditioner fan was so loud...
