"Great property, terrific location. Rooms are clean & updated, Amazing complimentary breakfast, much more extensive than the norm. One elevator was out, which slowed things down a bit, but staff was great about informing everyone and were pro-active in keeping everyone moving."

"I am surprised that the overall rating average for this hotel isn't higher. Soent 3 days with my 8 year old nephew and it was perfect. Spacious room, comfy beds, and AC that kept us cool when it was 100 degrees outside. We especially liked the smoothie place just next door (you get a discount for staying at the hotel) and friendly staff. I have stayed in a dozen or more NYC hotels and this is now in my top 3. "

"Enjoyed how close we were to Union Station and the Subway as we were attending the National Bank Tennis. Loved that we could leave our luggage in a secure place the next day and spend time in TO. The Ritual cafe and the Bistro in the hotel, very nice! Great atmosphere, good food and pleasant helpful staff. A Keurig coffee maker with several pods would have made it perfect rather than the type that was there. Overall, a very pleasant experience as always! We will be back! "
