Access to the hotel after midnight is confusing and poorly managed. A key card is required, but if you haven’t checked in yet or have already checked out, there’s no clear guidance. I arrived at 2 a.m. and had to explain to security why I didn’t have a card — they weren’t helpful. I also saw other guests struggling to enter, even with cards.
The remote control was missing from my room, and the bar was closed all weekend. The hotel feels small and outdated, and overall, the experience didn’t match the price.
