I accidentally left my wallet in the room, and the CitizenM team didn’t just recover it, they went above and beyond to help with the logistics of getting it back to me. That kind of care and top-notch service is what sets this hotel apart. CitizenM Brickell is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience.
