I strongly recommend Eden Roc Hotel not even for the ocean view and the food, but the Costumers services really made me feel a Queen. Thanks so much Mrs. Lunie at the changing room, what a nice lady. "The hotel was really nice and clean. Beach service was great. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was great. Only thing is - it is pretty far from Miami Beach itself but perfect if you are looking to be away from all the action."
