"Really special place. As a higher star hotel it is a bit more expensive, but I was blown away by the staff, the food, and the place. The rooms are big, the staff are super helpful and chill, and I even accidentally got a free foot massage - although I meant to ask for a tub to soak my feet in. There's also a lot of really great breakfast options and dinner options that are both heavy/light, lots of good cocktails, and it's pretty close to my office and the airport meaning most ubers/taxis are 20-30 bucks. I really can't recommend this hotel enough and I hope I get to stay here again!"

"The concierge Fernando was extremely helpful! My mother and I had arrived after waiting in an airport all day to find out our flight was canceled. Fernando was welcoming reassuring, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing he had our best interest at hand. He had a wonderful personality and provided us with optimal service. I am a hotel owner, I am very familiar with hospitality and he gets a 10 out of 10!"

"My stay was great for. Solo person like me , walk to dadeland mall shopping different places to eat I’m not a big foodie XYZ lounge was well stocked and clean and the dinner I got was well worth it , comfy room I did have to turn off ac a few times , cleaning staff was always on point every day , my remote wasn’t working they replaced it instantly , I never voiced any concern over the two packs of raw sugar for the coffee machine I had my own anyways , and I used the guest laundry ease of access "
