Very old and dated hotel. It was clean for the most part, but the property looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. The bathtub faucet was constantly leaking and the toilet flush was weak. We only stayed one night as a stop but I would not recommend this place for a “vacation” stay in Miami. Staff was nice enough. Amenities are dated, including the pool in which we witnessed other guests upset that there only a handful of loungers available. Local shops/restaurants are walkable but near a major highway. The local mall area was practically void of retailers- apparently scheduled to be torn down soon.

Her room was totally terrible. Two nightstands had chips on the surface all over the place. The plugs didn’t work so I had trouble plugging in my phone or charging. There were two lamps and when you came in, none of the light switches were hooked up to the lamps, so you always came in in the dark the overhead light as you came in with fluorescent and it wouldn’t turn on they kept stealing our top sheep of the bed. We keep hitting one in the next morning when they clean the room they took it again. They don’t like sleeping with somebody else’s blanket on top of me if I don’t know they’re clean.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning did not work properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the hotel elevator was not functioning, which created further inconvenience. The overall condition of the hotel was extremely dirty and clearly neglected. It felt very poorly maintained and far below any acceptable hospitality standard. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. When I went to the reception to report the problems, the employees laughed at me instead of offering assistance. I also asked for an additional pillow and was told that there were none available. Overall, the entire experience was unacceptable. The conditions of the hotel and the lack of professionalism from the staff made this one of the worst stays I have ever had. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address these issues so that other guests do not have to go through the same experience.

"Desafortunadamente, la limpieza no era buena. Cuando llegamos, las toallas tenían pelo, lo que nos hizo cuestionar la higiene de la habitación. Las toallas limpias son una expectativa básica en cualquier hotel, por lo que esto fue muy decepcionante".

I first walked into the bathtub and there were nails on it, the cover sheets were dirty and certainly sketchy, and I didn’t get a single minute of WiFi during my entire visit. The prices that they charged are 100% unjustified and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are lucky that I didn’t take any pictures.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I wish I'd read the reviews before going here, this hotel has two stars on everything across the board and I realized why immediately. Cigarette burns all over the furniture, room smelled TERRIBLE, One thin sheet for the bed and the way the AC is blasting you will be shivering all night. Takes about 20 minutes for the hot water to heat up and doesn't even get hot, barely gets warm. The faucet taps just swing back and forth on the sink, and I was left with a mostly used roll of toilet paper that literally had about 5 wraps left on it. Also, if you were planning on sleeping past 7:00 a.m., good luck! Because there is a school directly outside that blasts The Muppet song as well as other classics, and the large-scale construction project three buildings down, both of which can be heard perfectly inside the room. The tv didn't work, The carpet in the hallway had huge wet spots all over it? And the three vending machines that were downstairs had no water in them, only soda. No water is offered in this hotel at ALL, paid for or otherwise. It is not a walkable neighborhood, as a Miami local for the last 12 years, I promise you this is not the type of neighborhood you want to go wandering around in. And keep an eye on the charges and fees they try to hit you with, I assume they think people aren't going to pay attention to their bank account, but they'll slip in random $100 fees in the hopes that you won't notice. This place should be shut down

Front desk staff was rude! The room was a double and it had 1 towel, 1 bar of soap, the curtains didn’t close completely, there was a hole in the wall under the window, the room smelled musky, the bathtub had a giant patch on it, I plugged in my phone charger and it fell out because the sockets were so old, the light at the door turned on but it wouldn’t turn off because the light switch was loose, the blow dryer didn’t work, there was 1 ice maker available for all 4 floors and it didn’t work and there were only 4 chaise lounges available at the pool. Needless to say, I strongly suggest NOT under any circumstances should one stay here.

The room was in very poor condition. Furniture was old, dented and scratched, holes in the wall near the baseboard, chipped porcelain in bathtub, on lamp was completely broken and the outlet was coming out of the wall, hot and cold water levers were reversed. Would not recommend this hotel!
