「I have stayed at this property about 6 or 7 times over the last 2 years and have never had a problem. This past stay was awful. The unit I stayed in was dirty and issues with the toilets and microwave. When we arrived one of the toilets would not flush and this was after one of us had used it. They resolved that issue and got the toilet working. The floor was filthy and had what appeared to be dirt all over it. Cleaning staff scowl and are slow (asked for room to be ready for 1pm and they hadn't touched it) but do a good job. Front desk is good to deal with and valet is excellent.
