「Very nice rooms and well located. Areas of improvement could be 1) better tv channels, no us channels, very little in English -add Fox News. 2) bathroom has no door, more privacy exiting shower, 3) ice machines and laundry 4) beds are shorter than us standard 5) adding microwave would be nice 」

「The first thing you will notice is the awful smell, the beach has so much seaweed it smells of fish. The beach is small and filled with seaweed, so not pleasant at all. It's a busy beach, with lots of local people. Thankfully there is a decent amount of seating on the resort side of the rope. The food was good, I appreciate the decent selection of veg/vegan options, but options are limited, there is only one buffer and one restaurant. 「They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!」

「The shower was a mess and the shower head wasn't working. The water was coming out except from where it was supposed to come out, and the water splashed all over the bathroom while taking a bath. I spent 10-15 after the shower drying the floors because the shower glass didn't do the work. Terrible thing to do while on vacation. This place needs to update their showers INMEDIATELY. 」

「This is a small well run beach hotel - we stayed in a bungalow right on the beach it was cosy clean and generally fab. Half board - the food was very good like being in a restaurant with no corners cut. The staff were always cheerful abd helpfull We would happily stay here again and recommend it」

「This entire trip was a 12/10. The pick up at the airport was divine. Santi, Ricardo, and Bernardo, Freddy were amazing and took such good care of us. A trip to remember. One of my complaints was the all-inclusive, wasnt really all inclusive. Food on menu was not all included and when we arrived there was beer and sodas in our room.
