"The room was clean, bed comfortable. Nice view, though more obstructed than I expected. The staff were very annoyed- I didn’t feel particularly welcomed. Even at checkout, there was no conversation about how our stay was. When I asked for things like an extra blanket I was met with annoyance. The bartender was nice, when she was around, which wasn’t much. No washcloths provided, which I found odd. It is very very loud at night which is to be expected downtown, and to be fair the door kept the noise pretty low all things considered. I wouldn’t go back mostly bc I felt awkward the entire trip and I even speak Spanish so it’s not like I expected anything crazy in terms of communication. I still wonder if it was cultural expectations based on an American hotel. They weren’t hostile- but they were not accommodating. If you want to be downtown with easy access to everything- and a clean hotel with a decent breakfast, this is a fine choice. "

"Room was showing a lot of age...snorkeling by hotel is nice but it is across the street. All inclusive should also be more inclusive. Have some paddle boards or SUPs available and don't charge to rent snorkel gear. And get better bartenders who can make a proper drink!"

"We were not notified at all that there would be construction going on during our stay. While on the beach we were literally less than 20 feet away from construction so while we are trying to relax on the beach all we can hear are LOUD power drills, slamming of wood, etc. It was anything BUT relaxing. And one of the nights we stayed the construction and loud power tools were still going at 10:00 PM at night. I was shocked that they were still working and shocked that the resort would allow that sort of disruption to happen so close to paying customer's rooms. We did not receive daily house keeping and sopent our last day on the resort with zero towels in our room and we did not even bother to ask the front desk because anything you ask for, if you don't have to ask twice, you have to wait an hour plus for. Also the view from my room was another wall and some of the pool. Less than desirable but we did not opt to pay for a certain view, so."
