Cozumel Vacation Rentals

"Upon checking into the hotel, we immediately encountered a serious issue: the bed in our room was infested with bed bugs. This created a highly uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. We were forced to contact housekeeping, who had to spray the room and change the bedding—not once, but twice—during our stay. This significantly disrupted our experience and caused understandable concern for our health and safety. In addition to this, the hotel’s pool facilities were not properly maintained. The pool was in an unsanitary condition and remained closed for two of the three days of our stay. This was particularly disappointing, as access to the pool was one of the amenities we specifically looked forward to. We have photographs documenting the condition of the pool and would be happy to provide them upon request. We also rented a cabana on the beach side. We were the only ones who paid. Everyone else just laid in the other cabanas without paying or the staff advice to do so. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations."

"The property is spotless and I love the private setting with small villas and walking paths throughout. The food is great - thoroughly enjoyed the dinners and breakfast buffet - lots of options. The lunch buffet was just okay but the pop up food options at the poolside venue were awesome. The rooms are modest, but that was just fine."

"Rooms were clean but need to be upgraded property is in need of maintenance in many areas they classify this property as a 5 star hotel but is closer to 3 star. Staff is excellent. Beach is nice but very rocky to get in the ocean but also makes for great snorkeling.most rooms look to have ocean views. Oceana restaurant good food right on the water. The French restaurant has some of the best food. Didn’t get to try the hibachi restaurant as it is small and requires reservations which were hard to get. Over all not a bad stay they do lack good entertainment for an adult only resort but what they did have was good."

"The property was dated but well kept. The rooms were clean and the views were awesome. The choice of food was limited, though the drinks were great. "

"Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean. The balcony was okay, the view is the doors to other hotel rooms and a slither of sea if you don’t pay for the nicer room. 2 out of the 4 nights I was there, housekeeping took my used towels but did not give me new ones. I had to chase down housekeeping to give me clean towels- they were not that clean. The breakfast is okay for being free. There are some fruit, eggs, toast, coffee. A pitcher of water in the lobby. The pool is pretty small- about 3 feet deep and 10-13 feet long. The lounge chairs are nice. Upon losing my key card, one of the rather unkind women at the front desk told me it would be a 13 dollar fee. Never in my life staying at a hotel was there a fee for a lost key. Especially when that information wasn’t given upon check in. After asking for a towel for the lounge pool chair she made me give her a collateral so I’d return the towel. I will say one of the male staff was always kind and smiling. Otherwise the staff was kinda rude. After paying the hotel price, taxis, and food, it’s so much more worth it to stay at an all inclusive. "

"We absolutely love Fiesta Americana Cozumel! The staff truly goes above and beyond for an all inclusive resort. This keeps us coming back year after year. We cannot thank Arturo, Alejandra, Gabriel, Aaron, and Victor enough for making sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. We were celebrating my fiances birthday on this trip and they went out of their way to make it a memorable day! This hotel offers incredible ocean view rooms, various restaurant options, multiple pools including a swim up bar, activities for kids and evening entertainment, and some of the best snorkeling. We cannot wait to return! "
