「Before I even arrived, I received a “goodbye” email — not exactly a welcoming start. Check‑in isn’t allowed until 4pm, yet the lobby closes at 5pm, which is incredibly inconvenient and not customer‑oriented. I didn’t meet a single staff member during my entire stay. The room had multiple issues from the moment I walked in. The towels appeared dirty, and what looked like blood stains on one of the pillows was completely unacceptable. The thermostat was set to 68°, yet the room climbed to 85°...

「This was our first time at this property. It was not during peak season so I don't know how it gets during peak season but as far as I know, the hotel was full as it's not that large. The room was wonderful. We were in room 12. I had a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the beach our own walkway to the beach. The temperature in the room is comfortable. 「Dee is amazing and she deserves a raise!!!! This woman was short house keeping staff and was running the front desk and cleaning rooms to get everyone settled in place. She was very apologetic for the delayed check in (5p) offered us a gift card for dinner and access to the pool while we waited. The room was bright, modern and comfortable. This suite had a full kitchenette with stove great for longer stays and families.」
